Warid Telecom today announced 20 per cent bonus talk-time for every recharge with scratch cards. Zem prepaid subscribers can enjoy the bonus talk-time offer by recharging their accounts from today till October 31.
Under the latest offer, all Zem prepaid customers, who will recharge their accounts with any denomination will get 20 per cent bonus on the recharged amount.
The subscribers could use the bonus talk-time for making calls to other operators. They will be able to know the talk-time amount by using code no. *778*1#
Warid Telecom authorities hoped the new offer will encourage their valued subscribers to recharge their accounts for enjoying the bonus talk-time.

Warid Telecom is offering Zem prepaid connection at Tk. 99 with Tk 50 welcome talk-time.

Warid offers special tariff on Ramadan

Warid Telecom today announced an unbelievably low tariff rate of 25 paisa/minute for its subscribers from 12:00 midnight to 8:00 am on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The subscribers of Warid Telecom will be charged only 25 paisa/minute for making calls to any Warid number from 12:00am to 8:00am. The offer will remain valid for all zem, zahi and corporate customers (excluding Shomriddhi) until further notice is made.
Under the special tariff rate, Warid subscribers can also call other operators’ number at only 99 paisa per minute.
Warid Telecom believes that new offer would help its valued customers to talk at an attractive rate during the Ramadan.

The Zem subscribers can top-up their accounts via E’ZEE Load and scratch card to enjoy the bonus talk-time. The maximum bonus talk-time that the subscriber can get is Tk 60.

Warid Offers Bonus Talktime And SMS On Recharge

Warid Telecom is offering special bonus talk-time for its Zem prepaid users from today for recharging their accounts with scratch cards.
Under the offer, Zem prepaid subscribers can avail the bonus talk-time worth Tk 10 to Tk 175 by recharging their accounts with scratch cards of any denominations from Tk 50 to Tk 500.
Apart from that, the subscribers could also avail 10 to 175 free SMS on the basis of their recharges.
The latest offer will remain valid till August 31while the bonus talktime and free SMS will remain valid up to 30 days after the recharge.
The subscribers could use the bonus talk-time for making calls to other operators while the SMS can only be sent to Warid users.
Warid management believes the new bonus offer will encourage valued subscribers to recharge their accounts for enjoying the bonus talktime and SMS.

Warid signs corporate agreement with LG Butterfly

Warid Telecom, the fourth largest mobile phone operator in Bangladesh, signed an agreement with LG Butterfly Marketing Limited to provide complete telecommunication services under its corporate package.
Chairman and Managing Director of Butterfly Marketing Limited Mr M A Mannan and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Warid Telecom Mr. Amyn Merchant signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations at the Corporate Head Office of Warid Telecom in the city.
General Managers of Warid Telecom Mumtaz Ahmad Khan, Ashraful H. Chowdhury and Mahboob Hossain and Director (Sales and Marketing) of Butterfly Mustafizur Rahman Shazid and DGM (admin) M M Ferdous were, among others, present during the signing ceremony.
Under the agreement, LG Butterfly Marketing Limited will enjoy customised tariff and value added services of the Warid Telecom which would keep the marketing company one step ahead of others in receiving telecommunication services and also reduce its telecommunication costs significantly.

Warid To Launch 24-hour Healthcare Service Soon..

Warid Telecom is going to launch shortly electronic healthcare services known as Tele Health Services (THS) for all Warid subscribers in cooperation with Japan Bangladesh Friendship Medical Service (JBFMS).
The Tele Health Services is a 24-hour Medical Call Centre managed by the JBFMS and accessible to all Warid subscribers. It can be reached by dialling 10600 & 10601 from all Warid mobile phones.
To this effect, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Warid Telecom Mr. Muneer Farooqui and Chairman of JBFMS Dr. Md. Jonaid Shafiq signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today (Tuesday) on behalf of their respective sides at the Corporate Head Office of Warid Telecom at Banani. Senior officials of Warid Telecom and JBFMS were also present during the signing ceremony.
Commenting on this occasion, Warid Telecom CEO Mr. Muneer Farooqui said, “As we are committed to offering more and more value-added services, we are going to introduce the Tele Health Services to benefit our valued subscribers in the form of healthcare information and registered physicians advice.”
He also hoped that the service would contribute significantly to reaching primary healthcare services to the common people of Bangladesh.
